Dropped my (new to me) 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT off to the guys here. Spoke with Fady a week or two before hand about the plan for it, we planned for some old side black stripe removal, full cut and polish, ceramic coat all exterior surfaces, along with a full go through of the interior, steam, vac, and shampoo to get it back to 100 percent neat and tidy. Upon inspection and removal of the side stripes Fady noticed some imperfections in the paint ( previous paint repair/clear coat overlap) which we were unaware of prior to purchase. He notified me right away with status updates upon what he was finding and immediately pivoted the plan on the fly. He himself (owner) spent his own time on that side of the car to ensure it was a smooth as possible and as clean as possible, without creating any other issues in the process. He sent me updates and photos and even some video footage of before and after. With every status update I became slightly more at ease with the process. This car turned out better than a Factory delivery, Fady and his team at Spotless were top notch and walked me through each step. Couldn’t be more pleased with the completion of my SRT and cannot wait to bring them some more of my stuff. Thank you Fady and the entire Spotless Crew.
